Titan Research Group Supply’s industrial steam vulcanizing autoclaves are the new standard for companies expanding their facilities or starting up a new operation. We provide autoclaves that are cost-effective, safe, ASME-approved, and Canadian Registration Number-approved.

These autoclaves vulcanize rubber, converting it into a cured and cross-linked rubber. Other applications for vulcanizing autoclaves include plastic curing, rubber curing of tires, downhole components, gaskets, and the manufacturing of many other products that might not be possible with a standard press-based compression molding process.

Other autoclaves also use steam for sterilization. The pharmaceutical industry, for example, uses these to sterilize equipment as the manufacturing of medicine and research requires zero contaminants.

Our manufacturing facilities are capable of building autoclaves of virtually any practical diameter and lengths spanning football fields, like those required by autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) manufacturing.
