Series 70 pneumatically operated flow diverter valve has two spherical bodies, a disc with sealing, an actuator and two clamps.The stainless steel bodies are available with various surface finishes. The valve is opened or closed via a disc that is lifted up or down. This movement is controlled by the pneumatic actuator which is remotely operated by means of compressed air. The pneumatic actuator has normally two working ports, one for air supply and other for venting.The disc is attached with gasket for hermetic sealing of the valve. This helps in reducing wear& tear and extends service life significantly. This valve has only a few simple moving parts, which makes it an extremely reliable and hygienic for diverting the product flow.
